Josué Santiago is an apostolic leader, pastor, and international voice dedicated to transforming nations through the Gospel, promoting unity in the Body of Christ, and establishing God’ s Kingdom in society.
Born in Cuba, Josué began preaching, discipling, and serving the Church at 13 amid challenging conditions. These experiences shaped his calling for national change. He has helped plant, strengthen, and oversee over 200 churches, mentoring leaders and offering spiritual guidance worldwide.
Today, he leads a global network of over 300 churches across denominations, focusing on helping people discover their spiritual identity, embracing sonship, promoting unity, igniting revival, and advancing God’ s Kingdom through spiritual renewal and societal change.
In the past five years, Josué led humanitarian efforts in Cuba, distributing over 120,000 pounds of rice, 80,000 pounds of beans, and 15,000 pounds of medicine. He provided hurricane relief, aid during crises, supported houses of worship, transported pastors to remote areas, and promoted small business initiatives.
Beyond emergency aid, he cares about ongoing community support- caring for an orphanage, feeding seniors, ministering to families with disabilities, and supporting 80 pastors in vulnerable communities. His work transformed neighborhoods once plagued by violence, bringing peace, safety, and hope through prayer, discipleship, and presence.
He earned a bachelor’s in theology from the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Cuba and a master’s in Apostolic Leadership and Theology from Wagner University. He is pursuing doctoral studies in national transformation and faith-based social renewal to help developing countries rebuild communities and meet urgent needs with faith- based resources.
A musician and worship leader, Josué creates environments of healing and revival. In 2023, he released a Spanish Christian album with a prophetic message of hope for Cuba.
Now based in Ohio, he pastors Family of Faith Community Church, mentors leaders, and spreads the Gospel. His passion is to see Christ grow in individuals and transform nations by God’s Kingdom. He and his wife Leyanet are proud parents of three daughters: Daphne, Abby, and Bella.
